What happens if a bride needs to return or exchange her dress? What's the process?
We want every bride to shop with confidence and peace of mind. If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to help. We carefully review each request individually to ensure a fair and supportive solution for our brides.

Do you ship dresses to brides outside of the United States?
